We accept GA Medicaid, Peach Care, Care Source. We are also private pay and out-of- network providers. Payments are due at the start of therapy sessions.
Referrals
Most insurances require a physician referral for outpatient services. Referral requirements can be discussed further during your consultation.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we currently accept GA Medicaid. We are out-of-network providers for all other insurance companies.

Do you offer free screenings?
We offer consultations to discuss needs and expectations. As well as to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Can I be present for my loved one's session?
Caregivers are a vital part of speech therapy services and are needed to help carry over skills taught during speech therapy sessions. Clients must have a responsible adult nearby to assist with attention as well as assisting with the computer/technology as needed

My child didn't qualify for EI/school-based services, can you still work with them?
Services are offered based on individual needs and medical necessity. This is different from school-based services that are based on educational impact.

What is your attendance and cancelation policy?
Clients are required to maintain 80% attendance to avoid discharge, which is calculated using the most recent 3-month period. Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.

Do you offer independent educational evaluations (IEEs)?
Yes, an independent educational evaluation (“IEE”) means that the evaluation is conducted by a qualified person who is not employed by the school district that serves the student. As a non-employee of the school system, I am able to do them for your child.

What Form of payment do you accept?
We require a valid credit card to be placed on file to handle client cost participation and other incidental fees (i.e., cancellation, consultations, records requests) resulting from services requested and/or actions taken by persons responsible for the client’s care.

What ages do you work with?
Our owner has experience working across the lifespan from early intervention to the geriatric population. We are a pediatric-based speech/language therapy clinic specializing in working 3- to 12-year-olds.
